AVOID renting from this agency. They're disorganised and completely inept in my experience. I didn't have a fully functional oven and stove top for about 10 months of my 12 month lease, they failed to add my partner to the lease and after moving out they took weeks to inspect the property and further 5 weeks to return my deposit. My deposit was only returned to me after I went in and demanded they settle it before the end of the week. She presented excuses like 'I have been busy'. I have now been renting from another local agency and it is honestly been 1000% better than the experience I had with riverside.
