Honestly, this business is an absolute joke! It is very concerning that no one seems to know how to communicate correct information to their tenants... In regards to rent that is in arrears, they have no clue what is owed!! Who is the accounts department? A bunch of monkeys clapping symbols together ? A majority of the employees that I have been in contact with have all been appalling at conflict resolution as well as customer service! They really need training on how to deal with disgruntled tenants because they will be getting a lot of them!
