Horrid is the only way to describe our experience with this agency. As an investment owner for many many years in Mount Lawley, I feel sorry for anyone who has the displeasure of dealing with EQ Realty. If there was an option for zero stars to be given - I most definitely would have. We were recommended by work colleagues and found the staff rude, condescending and arrogant - these are just some of the thoughts that come to mind. We will stick with our local agent at REMAX for future business, tried and trusted agency with professional / friendly staff.
I highly recommend this company! Especially Jo. I have dealt with Jo multiple times and she has gone above and beyond to help client's and potential client's! I would have to rate the company as the best service I have ever received in regards to dealing with a real estate! If there were 6 stars, EQ Realty would definitely get them from me!
