Such a wonderful experience with Kay this morning. My thinning hair and postpartum hair loss has left me feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Kay was exceptional in knowledge and ability to help me feel more confident with a few little tricks. Would recommend Sinclair Dermatology Hair Salon to anyone!
Horrible communication from receptionist Holly. Unable to reach any of the doctors to communicate important medical information. The doctors here may be competent but really need to educate front desk! Better to see Hope dermatology or City dermatology and many of the other lovely dermatologists who have receptionists with manners.
I am part of the Eczema Trial that involves fortnightly injections. I have had eczema since I was 6 months old (now 57) and over many years nothing has seemed to work until now. I started the trial in April when my eczema was so bad and distressing as it was over my face, neck and body. My eczema has gone. It has truly changed my life. My friends who have seen me suffer for years are so happy for me and they say they have never seen me looking so good. I feel fantastic!!! I also visited the hair salon to see if there was any shampoo that wouldn't exacerbate my eczema while nourishing my hair. I hadn't been able to find a shampoo that didn't flare my skin. I first met Violetta who took the time to listen and help me. Then I met with Kay. They are two very helpful people who really care about you and are not driven by selling products. I would highly recommend visiting the salon if you have any hair issues. Kay and Violetta will be willing to help you! Sinclair Dermatology staff are so caring and really want to help you feel better. They are interested in helping you. They have world class facilities and the latest equipment. I cannot speak highly enough about them.I had read the negative reviews but I'm so glad I decided to make my own mind up.
I have visited this clinic twice this year. Both times I have found the dermatologist to be knowledgeable, professional and skilled at giving me news I didnt want to hear. All staff have been helpful, caring and professional. The hair dressers were knowledgeable about my hair condition and spent considerable time with me to work out how best to meet my needs. There was no hard sell. A positive experience for me.
