The worst practice I have ever attended. I would have given no stars but it won't validate the post. I have been refused medication twice for chronic back pain from this practice even though they have my medical records and specialist advice explaining why I've been on these medications for over 5 years.Once by Dr Hussain who had his dates wrong when he last issued me bulk pain killers (March instead of November) So I had to go to another doctor at another practice who rang the government board which confirmed the November script and then issued a new script. Something Dr Hussain refused to do.And today by Dr Ali Shukur who I needed to see as Dr Hussain is away. Dr Shukur who has never seen me before insisted on a specialist report before writing a script. He incorrectly stated that it is required to have yearly reviews for this type of medication. I have been on these meds for over 5 years through 3 different doctors and have never been asked to have a review.So I'm now expected to endure pain because this doctor wants to re-write the rules.I will be lodging written complaints against Dr Hussain and Dr Ali Shukur for complete incompetence.
Good doctors. Open long hours every day
Waited an hour to be told I had already been seen! "No, i have been sitting here unseen for an hour." Waited ten more minutes and had to leave to get back to work and will have to go without medication. I will not be going back there!
charming doctor and nice staff .. good sized waiting room . they reinstated my Medicare card in time for my 1st visit as i waited to see doc .. had a good laugh with the doc .. were able to do blood test there straight away ..
Unfriendly staff and doctor who failed to listen to my reasons for being there. Refused to forward my test results to my naturopath even though I explained at the time of the appointment that was the whole reason I was there and I did not want to follow up with the doctor as she would not have my other results nor be able to treat the condition I was being tested for. Had to have an argument with the receptionist to get results forwarded and they are still sending me letters asking me to come in. If you want a holistic approach and patient centred care steer clear of this practice!
