My daughter went to outpatients after contacting staff who advised her that she could attend outpatients at 9:05 pm Tuesday the 9th of January. she was berated and belittled by the two nurses who should act professionally and in a courteous manner. They have a duty of care and I believe they have breached it as my daughter came home very upset and crying her eyes out due to their phsycological taunting.We are all busy and yes a little deal for one is a big deal to another and we all get payed to do a job so do it with respect or get out of it and find something you want to do.DISCUSTING.
