One of the best MT gyms i have trained at. Mark is really good at reading your movement and seeing where you need correcting. The trainers there also seem very enthusiastic and eager to help. This is a rarity these days with alot of gyms as alot of trainers are burnt out because they have been doing it so long. Highly recommend Seldys Gym.
Well equipped Gym with a good vibe and great trainers. My two autistic children train there and every avenue is exhausted to help them get the most from their training and are made to feel like part of the family.Fantastic job by all - Thank you!
