This gym offers a fun and dynamic approach to fitness. The coaches and clients are not only motivational but offer endless encouragement and always strive to push you to your full potential. Chaalk Box is a big family and offer services for all fitness and age levels. They are able to modify all workouts to accommodate injuries or weaknesses you may have. I started here with a back injury and now its one of my strongest body parts. Definitely recommend and happy to be a part of the Chaalk family.
I joined Chaalk Box when it opened at Wellington Point because it Is local and offers a group fitness schedule that suits my work hours. I was nervous about CrossFit because I thought it was just for really fit, competitive people but I am pleased to report that Chaalk Box caters for all ages, skills and abilities; including masters athletes like me!The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The coaches are very knowledgeable and professional and I feel they give me personal attention to help me with technique and scaling of activities while gently encouraging me to dig deep and try for that next level.
