Great team of people here and their work is always so professional. What I particularly like is they call you first to discuss the problem and let you know the price so you can work through what can and should be done and if you need to save on something else.
I have taken my car here for rego/service for a number of years. I have always been clearly told what needs to be done, could be done, and approve all before they proceed. I would recommend this place for a service/rego
Bob (the mechanic) and Rob (owner) are great blokes and were totally upfront and honest with me. I just needed a window replaced, so had a chat with Bob. They did a very fair price and it was done within 48 hours, despite the fact they were very busy. Honest business and good service.
Very honestly, don't go there.They made me pay $95 for a Blue Slip check and insuring me that it was because I have a 4 wheel-drive and he literally invents a "DESIGN CHECK" to explain this price.Then, when I left the garage, the engine of my car made a HUGE noise and made tremble the car. He assured me that they had touched nothing (touch nothing during 4-5 hours ... Easy) and when I asked them so, why the lid of the reservoir of windscreen wipers was opened if you touched nothing, they told me that it was surely me, and one of them also told me "it's open by magic, in Australia a lot of things are magic."Obviously, I couldn't prove my honesty because I can't prove that the car didn't make a sound before I bring them the car and we can't check the noise on cameras ;).I'm not an Australian Citizen, so after some threats and fancies from the owner who was totally went to pieces and got excited after me, not to answer my arguments, I just had to leave the garage and shut my mouth.I couldn't do nothing, because I didn't want to go farther, he knew that I wasn't in my original country so he enjoyed it a lot.Now, I found an honest garage (they make me pay $65 like imposed by the government), and I have a lot more to paid, because, in a first time, their blue slip check is completely wrong (from Rozelle Automotive), and because I have new problems on my car, I'm so happy !So, don't go there, you can have a better service for a better price and with a REAL smile.
Robert and the crew are up front and dutiful in caring for our car.Rozelle automotive do honest observations of the vehicles in there care and apply professional means keep them running at reasonable prices.A1 service and courteous through and through.
