Referred to Gabba Collision Repair by insurer and upon arrival they had all the paperwork ready to go, inspection done fast and turned out it only needed a small repair so it was done while I waited around 20 mins. Team was very friendly and very professional and the repair was done perfectly.

Gabba Collision Repair was recommended to me by NLC and also Subaru so I decided to given them a go when I needed crash repairs recently. Customer service was really good with staff being factual, helpful, and realistic. The repair work itself looked excellent and seemed high quality to my laymans eye. The only negative was the time it took to get the repairs done (4 weeks) but I would rather have quality-work done-well than poor-work done-quickly. Gabba Collision Repairs actually completed the work ahead of the date they had quoted and I preferred that to an unrealistic deadline that was not kept.Thank you to the whole team at Gabba Collision Repair!

Gabba Collision Centre was referred to me by Subaru. I drove the car in and did not have to wait long for Paul to assess the damage. The quote was emailed within a week, approved by the insurer and booked in on a date that was convenient for me. The repairs took less time than the initial 2 weeks estimated and when I received the car back the work was all complete and the car had been cleaned beautifully inside and out. It looked like a new car! One star less for a communication disconnect with an admin issue, which Paul resolved quickly, and overall I am very happy with the work that was done and the service I received.
