I've went to the wello point bakery early this morning to order a chocolate mud cake for a birthday tomorrow afternoon. The lady in the shop told me that it wouldn't be a problem to do that. so I've got a message at 2.30pm that they wouldn't have a tin in the right size so the couldn't bake my requested cake which I can hardly belive since it was a standard cake for 3 people. I asked for a larger cake and told her that it was necessary for me to still get the cake. then suddenly she told me that I would need to tell them 24h in advance, which still was the case. so she told me that the pastery chief is allready gone and wouldn't work on the next day, which is a friday. I really cannot recommend this place at all since I am pretty sure that they have been lying to me. Terrible customer service. I will have to get my cake at the supermarket now.

Sausage roll was great tasting and I loved pastry. The steak and cheese pie was not so great, left a funny after taste.The price was average and the service was kinda friendly.If I go back it will be for a sausage roll.
