Our girls have been going to jump on a weekly basis for over 1 year now and they are so much more confident, independent and actually really enjoy their time in the water. The staff are amazing to deal with and always happy and helpful. Thank guys ;)
Hello, I have not had my child enrol in jump Rowville. However was keen to do so. I called the contact number & left messages around 5times over a two week period. No one ever answers the phone. After 2 weeks someone called me back. After I told her I had called many times & ended up enrolling elsewhere, she just said 'okay' and hung up. I had made just 1 phone call to the next closest swimming pool in the area & within 1 day was talked through process & enrolled in classes.My business would have been yours without any sales pitch had you been availabile for customer service. disappointing service.
Didn't think my daughter would ever take to swimming. We had tried 2 other schools before this. It was difficult early on, but we got a lot of support and they were incredibly patient. Unbelievably, today we gave my daughter the option of not going (we had a lazy kind of morning) and well, she didn't have any of it. She actually loves it now. We have a lot to thank this school for, and the ladies are doing a fantastic job. They are certainly making a difference. Highly recommended!
Terrible management. I am still waiting for my refund and it is now over a month. Initially thought it was ok, I had nothing to compare as it was the first time I am taking my son for swimming lessons. Now that I have changed swim schools there is certainly better schools out there. This one has only the bare minimum standards. The place is cold and I don't feel like they put people's safety first. The lining of the pool was replaced and we were not told that it was going to be slippery. I watched 2 adults slip inside while carrying their babies. I reported this and the explanation I got was that earlier a teacher slipped and they had a good laugh about it. How can they not see it dangerous. Don't recommend this place.
We could not be happier with Rowville JUMP! The small class sizes has helped build out boys confidence in the water and he is really progressing. The teachers are all amazing and so fun and friendly. Lessons are always consistent, and we could not recommend Rowville JUMP! enough.
