A truly fascinating experience and very informative time was had in the Wellington caves and mine. The guides were lovely and very laid back making the tour extremely pleasurable. Thanks for a great tine!
Very well presented caves with good lighting and knowledgeable guides. All caves are fairly open and easy to navigate. Caravan park next door and Nice cafe on site. Clean toilets and bbq facilities as well as small playground for kids. Allow half a day to do 2 caves.
Beautiful morning out with the family. The cathedral cave was so impressive and my three children (5, 6 and 8) got a lot out of the experience. There were a lot of stairs to navigate for this particular cave.
Short but enjoyable- good for a day trip out while visiting Dubbo, the first guide we had in the cathedral cave was a young guy who kept things funny and interesting. Mine guide was great and knew all of the history. Worth the visit for sure!
Two lovely caves, small walls and not many stairs. There is also a phosphorous mine tour. Guides were nice and informative. Park was neat and pretty.
