Both Dan and Nick are wonderful physio's!! These guy's will help you with your needs, therefore going above and beyond!! If you need anything done big or small come see these guys!! Highly recommended!!
I have seen both Daniel and Nick for the past few years on and off , both brothers were good physiotherapists in their skills but my recent experiences has been one of the most upsetting and unpleasant.I am a health care precessional myself , one day I turned up for my 7:20am appointment and I had notified their receptionist way before the appt was made that I need to leave no later than 7:45 am to be able to get back to work to see my own patient at 8am, not only did they disregard that , Daniel was too busy talking to his builder showning no care about the time schedule for his patients, I have to leave without seeing him. A few weeks later I ordered an elbow brace , the delivery was delayed and when I called to double check if it is the right one , no one could be bothered to check and consequentially I went all the way in after my work only to find out it was the wrong one and had to be reorder. When I requested for my medical report for my injury it took 5 phones calls within 3 weeks to follow them up to obtain it . I got to the point where I had to put in writing by email , rang again with anger to be able to obtain a 4 sentence report from Nick.I am a health professional who sees 30 to 40 patients a day for the last 26 years in Redlands area in private practice , I have to say this is the worse Patient Care one practitioner can offer their patient and the worse I have come across.EveryTime I called their office Receptionists always blame the practitioner that it is up to them to do their job and there is nothing they can do and they have show no care.It is very very disappointing that although both Danial and Nick are great guys but at the end of the day they have shown no care and no respect to their patients unless a payment is directly involved.I felt I had to share this as I think they need honest feedback to improve and may be they will put themselves in their patients position.To truely care about our patients, we not only need great skill, but after care service , team effort and respect even when there is no monetary reward involved is the most important part of a successful professional career. Remember Patient first!

Wonderful experience at this Physio. I saw Alex who showed a great level of care for my sore neck. I've seen Daniel in the past as well, who had me out of pain in no time. Great physios at this practice and would recommend to anyone. Wonderful new premises too.
