New design is great but still need to do a bit of staff training. Store missed out on a sale of down light globes due to staff member being to lazy to check a price.

This has always been a good Ritchie's IGA, but the renovations have lifted it to a "MUST SEE" destination. Fantastic range and deli precinct. A joy to spend time in
Revamp provides more choice of gourmet and fresh produce. Has a clean and bountiful feel. Always something new to discover when you browse.
Although going through renovations, all the staff are helpful in finding exactly what I need every time. They stock a much wider range of imported goods than the big two providing a big variation in meals for the week. Also having a gluten free requirement in the household, there are plenty on options from many different suppliers. As the ads say, they're locals for locals. Once renovated, it'll be an even greater store to shop in.
