Do not use unless you have very deep pockets! We engaged Legalvision to assist us in a straightforward purchase of a business. We were charged $2,000 + GST. First time we have purchased a business, so would assume that they would provide enough support to guide us through this process from start to finish. But all we got for 2K was 2 x reviews of the contract of sale (the conditions of which were already negotiated by us and the Vendors directly). Then had the cheek to want to charge ANOTHER $2,000 to assist on settlement day. Talk about a stressful time - will never use again!
