I wanted to purchase some of their beautiful trivets online when I noticed there was a field to enter a discount code. I called and found that the field wasn't supposed to be there, but because I was purchasing multiple Vivien offered me a little discount, which I was very happy with. I'm currently heavily pregnant and can't travel much so, to save on delivery costs, I was going to arrange for my husband to pick them up over the weekend since we live quite close to their store. The really bad weather distracted us, so I was very impressed when Vivien let me know she would be in the area today (Monday) and would be happy to drop off my purchases for me if I wished - so very kind and such excellent customer service!! I've now got the products and they are excellent. Highly recommend purchasing from Metroscope.
