Pretty much an average Harvey Norman store. 5 star rating however given due to staff member Brooke. Awesome service and went out of her way to assist my mum and I with a problem. Would go back to this store for any requirements. Customer for life!!
I went into the Cleveland store to ask questions and buy a vacumn cleaner I was in the store looking at the different brands and prices but no one could be found to assist me so I walked out. Another customer found himself in the same predicament.
Very disappointed with customer service at Cleveland. Promised follow up by manager non existent on a purchase which was problematic from the beginning.Good Guys from now on

There is a staff member at Cleveland Harvey Norman named Kevin. The Best customer service I have seen in a long time. After my first visit he remembered me, my Name, my business and what I bought and it was a couple of months between visits. I regular go in to buy sound, camera and videos needs for my studio and Kevin is always there to greet me and help me select the right product/ test it and be satisfied with my purchase. Kevin want there today, I was greeted by TWO staff members absolutely hopeless, I needed a pair of headphones and wanted to ensure they would fit my add sized head... they wouldnt allow me to test them, and went about doing there business. Disappointed that the standard of customer service dropped so dramatically from Kevin not being there. So I just want to thank him, for always being delightful, happy, overly helpful and knowledgeable. THANKS KEVIN My Tribe Cleveland
