This is the first time that my son and I had ever been to YD, but our experience was great. There was a very good range of affordable, decent quality clothes and the service was excellent. One young lady (i've forgotten her name) helped us as soon as we entered the store and continued to be on hand if needed. I called back this morning and spoke with Shasta the Manager to get an emailed receipt, (I had declined it at the shop) - not only is she sending me that but she's already texted me a photo of the receipt. We also want to swop to a different size hoodie to the one we bought and she couldn't have been more helpful, even offering to put one aside for us when the new stock arrives and calling us when it gets there. We'll definitely be back as bought the product and service were good - there's far worse in Perth!
