After a not very nice experience with another Avanti store, I have been blown away with the level of service, customer support, and general advice offered by Jack and the Team at Avanti plus Collingwood. Definitely recommend them.
I love this store! I bought my new bike here and got a good deal on accessories. New bikes include a free service which is great (but I guess pretty common nowadays). I had to go back shortly after the free service and they fixed up the issues free of charge. They are always friendly, I can take my dog in (they all love dogs) and they don't seem to just exist to make money of their customers, they actually want to help. They seem very busy so sometimes when waiting for parts or something you need to follow up yourself.

Great team and so helpful. Needed new wheels this morning and Pierrick did it on the spot. Always good technical advice and nice to see the same faces over time
Best in the areaIve been here a few times for repairs / servicing - the guys are friendly, totally lacking in hipster arrogance which seems to be a requirement in bike shops round these parts (the coffee joint next door the the other hand...). Excellent prices, fast service. heaps of great bikes and gear to check out. There are closer bike shops to me but this place is worth the extra distance.
