First time user and quite disappointed with the services at this firm. I was probably a small fish for the type of customer they usually deal with but the accountant charged me more than what I would usually pay for a normal tax return. The return came out minimal and I did not learn a great deal of information. In addition, I found out my tax return was not lodged a year after. I do acknowledge I missed the line in the email saying I had to return the summary signed. Having said that, it would have been nice to get a call or a reminder instead of finding out myself more than a year after!
